Main Level

The green room is a quiet retreat with a queen mattress, two nightstands and a full dresser. Large window looks out on to the front of the property - a great place to watch the wildlife!
The blue room features a luxurious queen-sized Purple mattress, small dresser and a nightstand. Its large window looks out onto the side yard.
The main bathroom features a clawfoot tub with shower, a vanity and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities: gas stove/oven, sink with filtered water, refrigerator, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, coffee pot, wine chiller, crockpot, pots/pans/bakeware, and place settings for 10-12. It has a breakfast nook for 2 looking out over the backyard.
The laundry room contains a front-load washer and new dryer with all the necessities.
The dining room features an 8-10 person farm table perfect for gatherings.
The living room - last but certainly not least! It's our favorite spot in the cabin with its floor-to-ceiling a-frame windows and Black Hills slate gas fireplace with remote. It has a streaming TV, but you might prefer to read a book on local history, or look outside - it looks out the front of the cabin surrounded by ponderosa pines.

The Bunkhouse

The bunkhouse is attached to the main cabin only by the deck. It's a separate building, so it is not suitable for young children without parental supervision.

The bunkhouse sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 queen-sized beds - one on either side of a thermostat-controlled gas fireplace. In the summer heat, a roll-around A/C unit is also provided.
There is a small bathroom containing a stand-up shower, toilet and sink. Right outside the bathroom door, you'll find a little vanity and chair by a window looking over the front porch, and full-length mirror.
A favorite spot for kiddos to curl up and nap or read, we love the nook in the bunkhouse! Crawl up on the cushions, turn on the wall-mounted reading lamp, and "squirrel away". We also have 4 large floor cushions for spreading out on the floor and watching TV!
Two tall chairs beg you to belly up to the little table for two that has a window overlooking the front of the cabin. It's just one of the great places to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
Of course, there's a streamable TV in the bunkhouse. It swivels to provide the perfect vantage point from the beds, barstools, or 4 oversized floor cushions.

Fencing (some is chain link, some is shorter farm fencing)
10-person picnic table
Brand new (fall '21) Hot Springs hot tub for 7. The hot tub is NOT a kiddie pool and is only to be open during use by adults. Damages will be billed to the renter.
Kiddos can enjoy the playset with swings, a slide, climbing wall, etc. with adult supervision
Climb up the hill in the backyard to relax on the gazebo and watch the wildlife
Propane-fueled fire pit (no open flames are permitted due to local laws)
Weber natural gas BBQ grill
There is a game feeder that automatically spreads corn 3 times per day for wildlife. Be sure to check out the abundance of deer and turkey!
